In bankruptcy and composition procedures our legal services are directed towards clients as creditors and as debtors.

In assisting clients as creditors, we provide the necessary support concerning the notification of claims in bankruptcy and composition proceedings. We analyze the submission of debt enforcement against debtors or bodies, acting, where necessary, directly against debtors or company bodies. In addition, we scrupulously check the ranking of claims, contesting unfounded claims if necessary.

In assisting clients as debtors, we guarantee their protection from a substantive and procedural point of view. In concordat procedures we assist them in the preparation of the various acts aimed at the successful outcome of the arrangement.

We assist in debt management procedures for institutional and private clients, with reference to the various aspects relevant to the position of debtors or creditors (rates, maturities, currencies, guarantees).
