Consulting

We advise real estate developers in the initial stage of licensing applications, closely working with experts in other fields such as urban planners, architects, civil and environmental engineers, construction physicists and geologists, to identify and resolve any critical legal issues associated with the project. If specifically required by the client, we can pose a simulated planning objection.

In the case of opposition to the project, we communicate with the counterparties (adjacent proprietors, official environmental organizations dedicated to nature and landscape protection) and draw-up provisional settlement solutions, with the purpose of achieving immediate withdrawal of all oppositions and appeals.

Legal assistance

We assist our clients in their initial dealings with the relevant authorities and in any necessary dealing with Appeal Authorities (Council of States, Cantonal Court of Appeal and Federal Supreme Court).
