We advise large real estate project developers in the preparation stage of planning proposals, and especially with the execution of section planning for entire neighborhood districts, as well as with the coordination of the planning process regarding building permits. To this end, we collaborate closely with section specialists (town planners, architects, civil and environmental engineers, etc.) and with public authority planners.

In case of opposition to planning framework modifications, we communicate with the city and cantonal authorities as well as with the relevant interested parties and trade associations and draw up specific proposals targeted at gaining acceptance and approval of revised plans.
