In cooperation with experienced aviation consultants, we assist airport operators in identifying strengths and weaknesses in their current management systems and help them to develop recovery projects. Our consulting services cover general adjustments to the legal framework, in particular the corporate structure (separation of operations from real estate management), the participation of private parties in the financing of new infrastructure with the establishment of the relevant contractual models (PPP, Public Private Partnership), necessary changes to the planning framework to extend aviation activities, as well as changes to the authorization regime as part of the relevant federal procedures for the approval of plans and modification of concessions.

In addition, we have developed significant expertise in supporting airlines in the context of e-commerce issues or disputes with passengers.
