Lorenzo Moor was born on August 3rd, 1966. He studied law at the University of Zurich and graduated in 1991 (magna cum laude).

After completing his legal and notarial practice at Bolla Bonzanigo & Associati (1994-1996), he was admitted to the bar in 1996. In 1997 he obtained his doctorate (PhD) at the University of Zurich with a thesis on international company law (Das italienische internationale Gesellschaftsrecht, Schweizer Studien zum internationalen Recht 97, Zurich 1997). In 2000 he obtained the notary's patent.

Lorenzo Moor was a partner at the law firm Bolla Bonzanigo & Associati (2003-2019). He is a co-founder, partner and member of the management group of the law firm Collegal (since 2020).

His main areas of activity are banking law and commercial law in general, arbitration and private international law, civil law and administrative law.

Lorenzo Moor speaks Italian, German, French and English. He also has good knowledge of Spanish. He is registered with the Ticino Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
